Trip to Grand Canyon: January 2012

It's been a number of years since I've driven to the Grand Canyon, so
for MLK Day I decided to take advantage of the free admission and head
on up.
Highway 89 next to Wupatki National Monument
Little Colorado Gorge
The wind was so strong here that I had trouble keeping upright.
Naturally, I kept my distance from the edge unless there was a railing I
could lean against.

Tusayan Ruin
Grandview Point
The parking lot here is on a slope and was still slick with snow. It
took three attempts to get the car out.
